We are looking for architects to produce scalable software solutions. This role will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the software development on AWS, building frameworks that will need to scale across multiple products. The role requires familiarity with Agile methodologies, a knack for visual design and utility and knowledge of CI/CD with a TDD mindset.

• A Proven work experience on .net developer with good understanding of Java script, jQuery, HTML, CSS. The individual will need to be hands on with development, performance optimization, secure development process, usability, and coding standards of the product.
• Strong .net development experience and follows best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and code standards)
• Should have a mix of excellent reasoning ability to document, architect, develop and test software with the commitment to excellence and defect free product before being deployed.
• Should be able to work closely with all stakeholders to investigate, fix, optimize, test, and deploy high quality solutions.
• Should have excellent hands on understanding of technical design, implementation, and maintenance of technical initiatives towards improving and scaling of products.
• Should help support team in deploying product functionality and assist in troubleshooting in production environment.
• Self-motivated and should rapidly incorporate new requirements and deliver successfully by self.
• Effectively communicates with peers and stakeholders; gathers and clarify requirements from technical & functional aspect
• Follows software development process; consistently innovates processes to improve individual and team productivity and quality.
• Strong Analytical, Problem Solving Skills and participates in all activities with urgency, should be result oriented and with strong work ethic.
• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design
• Experience with Agile development lifecycle with excellent understanding of feature estimation and ability to communicate issues and risks that may impact timelines or resources.

• 10+ years of total experience in the industry
• 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer
• 2-3 years of prior experience in designing and architecting solutions.
• Iterative software development awareness (Agile methodologies), working knowledge of JIRA 

Competencies

• Proficient with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#,NodeJS\ReactJS
• Experience in developing microservices and containerized application
• Experience in working on distributed systems and app dev targeting serverless architecture
• Experience with web development, windows development, app dev targeting public Cloud platforms
• Experience with database including relational database design like MSSQL and NoSQL
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
• Experience with source control management systems (GitHub) and continuous integration/deployment environments
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented application development techniques
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
• Effective communication of ideas and information, both verbally and in writing
• Take strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
• Competence to work alone and with an appropriate level of supervision and guidance
