The candidate will be handling complex infrastructure Environment across multiple Customers and also possess strong Technical skills, Analytical, trouble shooting skillset with knowledge of understanding in-depth of the Server Management, Infrastructure and Support.

Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for server infrastructure
Assist other teams with infrastructure issues
Proactively manage and administer server environments; analyse customer requirements, gather, and analyse data, recommending solutions
Assist with implementation and testing of DR solutions for new and existing customers
Conduct and report root cause and problem investigation for infrastructure and application issues to senior management
Review and implement security recommendations
Investigate and report security breaches
Product / update support documentation
Undertake knowledge transfer to internal operation teams
Provide technical support as requested
