Role Introduction

We are looking for a self-starter, motivated to working the area of Program Management. In this role, you will ensure timely deliverables of the releases and track the roadmap for multiple products,to meet the business objectives. You will also track budgets and operating plans at a program level. You will be responsible for improving processes that result in better Productivity and Velocity.You will oversee and improve nthe requirements gathering, planning cycles, release management,and champion Agile processes.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
  • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
  • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Support the product owner and provide education where needed
  • Be the guardian on Agile process
  • Abide and promote Agile Playbook adoption.

What You Will Have

  • Qualifications for Scrum Master

    • Prior 7-10 years of total experience with minimum 3 years on a scrum team
    • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
    • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
    • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
    • Experience with successful Agile techniques
    • Ability to work with and lead a team
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
    • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
    • Excellent stakeholder management & Risk management
    • Ability to self-learn

           Nice to have

    • Understands Roadmap planning
    • CSM or PSM1 or any other equivalent certification
