Role Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced leader of SaaS product engineering teams to join our organization. As the VP of Product Engineering, you will lead our efforts in leveraging technology to drive the transformation of our product suite. What You Will Do

  • Drive Engineering R&D excellence in teams to deliver the overall strategy of developing products that deliver on our customers needs
  • Establish, update and encourage effective ways of working to ensure teams are efficient in delivery
  • Manage engineering teams to translate product requirements and coding standards into technology service designs
  • Coordinate across engineering teams for timely, budget-friendly, and in-spec delivery of the product roadmap
  • Offer full transparency and objectivity on deliverables and overall product portfolio health

What You Will Have

  • Expert level knowledge and experience in developing best practices in the context of SaaS product engineering
  • Demonstrable ability of leading engineering teams to deliver business and customer value through technology innovation
  • Highly experienced in building and developing highly engaged and high performing teams internationally
  • Track record of building a strong engineering culture through agility, autonomy and quality
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills with a strong ability of presenting technical solutions to multiple stakeholders and customers
