• Lead the design and implementation of the organization's infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and application development, to understand their infrastructure requirements and provide architectural guidance.
• Define and document infrastructure architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies, solutions, and services to meet business needs and optimize performance.
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps, taking into account future growth, scalability, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct infrastructure assessments and audits to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies to ensure the resilience of our infrastructure.
• Stay updated on the latest infrastructure trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to evaluate and select infrastructure solutions and services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in infrastructure design and implementation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in infrastructure design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in infrastructure architecture or cloud technologies are highly desirable (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
