• Lead the design and implementation of the organization's SaaS architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and security, to understand their SaaS requirements and provide architectural guidance.
• Define and document SaaS architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend SaaS technologies, solutions, and services to meet business needs and optimize software performance.
• Develop SaaS roadmaps, taking into account emerging technologies, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Drive the adoption of cloud-native architectures and microservices in SaaS solutions, promoting agility, scalability, and continuous delivery.
• Conduct SaaS assessments and audits to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest SaaS trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to evaluate and select SaaS solutions and services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SaaS teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in SaaS design and implementation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in SaaS architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS technologies, such as multi-tenancy, data isolation, and scalability.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in SaaS architecture or cloud technologies are highly desirable (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
