We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect specializing in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our organization. What You Will Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of the organization's data and AI architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their data and AI requirements and provide architectural guidance.
  • Define and document data and AI architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend data management, analytics, and AI technologies, solutions, and services to meet business needs and optimize performance.
  • Develop data and AI roadmaps, taking into account emerging technologies, scalability, and compliance requirements.
  • Design data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses to support efficient data storage, processing, and analytics.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning models in data-driven services, promoting automation, predictive analytics, and actionable insights.
  • Conduct data and AI assessments to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest data and AI trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to evaluate and select data and AI solutions and services.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data and AI teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements in data and AI design and implementation.

What You Will Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in data and AI architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, analytics, and AI technologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of large language models (LLM), machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in data management, data analytics, or AI technologies are highly desirable (e.g., AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate).
