What You Will Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of the organization's cybersecurity architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and IT stakeholders, to understand their cybersecurity requirements and provide architectural guidance.
  • Define and document cybersecurity architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and services to meet business needs and mitigate security risks.
  • Develop cybersecurity roadmaps, taking into account emerging threats, industry trends, and regulatory compliance.
  • Design secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure remote access mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure proper authentication and authorization controls.
  • Implement security controls and measures to protect data at rest and in transit, including encryption and data loss prevention mechanisms.
  • Drive the adoption of threat intelligence and security analytics in monitoring and detecting cybersecurity incidents.
  • Conduct cybersecurity assessments and audits to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to evaluate and select cybersecurity solutions and services.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.

What You Will Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint security, data protection, and identity and access management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Experience with cybersecurity threat intelligence and security analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity architecture or related areas are highly desirable (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF).
