Role Introduction

The Salesforce Technology Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing our CRM technology initiatives. This role will ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Major Performance Areas (MPAs):

 

  1. Salesforce Strategy and Execution
    • Expected Outcome: Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that drives business objectives and maximizes CRM capabilities.

  2. Team Leadership and Development
    • Expected Outcome: Build and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce administrators and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  3. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Expected Outcome: Collaborate effectively with business leaders to translate their needs into actionable Salesforce solutions that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.

  4. System Integration and Data Management
    • Expected Outcome: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data consistency and adherence to governance protocols.

      • Experience with system integrations and APIs
      • Problem-solving skills for data-related issues
  5. Performance Monitoring and Improvement
    • Expected Outcome: Monitor Salesforce performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system efficiency.

      • Project management expertise
      • Continuous improvement mindset
  6. Training and User Adoption
    • Expected Outcome: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are proficient in Salesforce tools and best practices.

      • Ability to communicate complex information clearly
      • Commitment to user engagement and satisfaction

Success Metrics:

  • Successful execution of Salesforce initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.

  • Improved data accuracy and system performance metrics.

What You Will Have

 

  • Having an overall years of minimum 12 years experience with hands-on experience of minimum of 5 year on Salesforce Architecture, 4 years of experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration.. Your track record should include successfully delivering end-to-end, lead-to-cash solutions at an enterprise level, leveraging customized Salesforce Billing and CPQ processes.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Architect) highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service) and related technologies (ServiceNow, CPQ).
