Role Introduction

As an Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the invoice processing and billing operations for our company. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions while supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from clients and internal departments regarding invoice-related issues.
  • Data Entry and Analysis: Perform data entry tasks and analyze Invoice data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to streamlining invoice and billing procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in finance, accounting, or billing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
