Role Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will play a key supporting role in managing the operational and business-as-usual (BAU) aspects of ongoing transformation programs. This individual will work closely with the Strategic Engagement Lead and transformation teams to ensure effective coordination, execution, tracking, and reporting of all operational deliverables. The role requires strong program management discipline, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to translate strategic plans into day-to-day execution.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

 

Operational Execution & Governance:

Coordinate daily and weekly operational activities aligned with transformation milestones and business objectives.

Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and documentation to ensure transparency and audit readiness.

 

Cross-Team Coordination:

Liaise with internal and partner teams (e.g., transition, delivery, PMO, HR, IT) to track progress, escalate issues, and ensure alignment.

Schedule and facilitate regular cadence calls, stand-ups, and follow-ups.

 

Resource & Onboarding Support:

Support onboarding processes including provisioning, access management, and integration of new resources into the program.

 

Status Reporting & Risk Tracking:

Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly status reports highlighting progress, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.

Track action items and ensure timely closure.

 

Process & Compliance:

Ensure that defined processes, templates, and methodologies are followed consistently.

Support audits, compliance documentation, and quality reviews as required.

 

Tool Management & Documentation:

Manage collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Teams, SharePoint) and maintain structured documentation

What You Will Have

  • 5–8 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or transformation support roles
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent tools for tracking and reporting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and proactively resolve issues
  • Experience working with global teams and/or vendor/partner ecosystems is a plus
