As a Salesforce Support Agent (Intermediate) you will work as part of our busy Support Team to provide technical support, and solutions within the Salesforce platform to our business users.
You will work on day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with users and our technical teams to resolve issues, document solutions, and contribute to the platform's ongoing development and improvement.
