Role Introduction

As a Salesforce Support Agent (Intermediate) you will work as part of our busy Support Team to provide technical support, and solutions within the Salesforce platform to our business users.

You will work on day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with users and our technical teams to resolve issues, document solutions, and contribute to the platform's ongoing development and improvement. 

What You Will Do

 

User Support:

  • Resolving Salesforce issues and data related problems. Providing guidance and support to users on the system. 

Salesforce Administration & Maintenance:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting, configuration, and ensuring data integrity. 

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the Salesforce platform, working with end-users and technical teams. 

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and providing regular status updates. 

Business Analysis & Solution Design:

  • Analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and providing support for Salesforce implementations tailored to specific business needs. 

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Documenting solutions, maintaining training materials, and contributing to the development of best practices. 

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team and processes, staying up-to-date on new Salesforce features, and assessing their impact.

What You Will Have

Salesforce Expertise:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration to an Intermediate Administrator level. CPQ experience preferred. Financial User on Salesforce Cloud experience preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. 

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Customer Focus:

  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships. 

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions. 

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and technologies.
