Role Introduction

The Renewal Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing renewal transactions across One Advanced global customer base. This role plays a critical part in securing recurring revenue, supporting customer success, and contributing to our long-term customer relationships. The Renewal Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate renewals.

What You Will Do

 

  • Manage the end-of-the-end renewal process for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
  • Understanding of Multi-year agreements and interpretation of the of the terms and conditions relating to renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, contractual obligations, and approval policies.
  • Proactively identify and flag renewal risks or delays to the Team manager.
  • Forecast renewal bookings and maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce and internal reports.
  • Understanding of complete Lead to Billing process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations and Sales) to resolve issues and remove barriers to closing renewals.
  • Support continuous process improvements and system enhancements related to the renewals lifecycle.
  • Performing termination and reductions based on SLAs in-line with the internal policies.

What You Will Have

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales operations or customer success.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, subscription licensing, and quoting tools (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent communication with the ability to influence customer decision-making
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data analysis of the report – Renewals in backlogs, current and in future.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Proactive, eager learner able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or work experience.
