Role Introduction

As part of our Housing Business Unit, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our existing Housing Association clients. This role focuses on customer retention and revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our OneAdvanced software solutions. We're looking for someone who can consistently demonstrate the right behaviours and maintain high activity levels to help us achieve our revenue targets across the existing customer base.

What You Will Do

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships across a diverse and complex portfolio of existing clients

    • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to successful close

    • Proactively generate, develop, and close business opportunities within the current customer base

    • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts on a monthly and annual basis

    • Create and maintain strategic account plans to meet or exceed individual sales targets

What You Will Have

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering value to both client and business

    • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within complex client environments

    • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

    Onboarding & Training:

    Successful candidate will take part in a comprehensive one-month onboarding program designed to provide in-depth knowledge of our products, target market, and commercial strategy.
