Role Introduction

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to execute customer-centric, ABM-led campaigns that drive demand generation, nurture existing relationships, and uncover cross-sell and white space opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ, you’ll collaborate with local sales and account teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline growth and align with business objectives and our overall strategy.

As part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll play an important role in executing marketing plans across different verticals. Your focus will be on delivering campaigns that generate new leads, nurture existing relationships, and support business growth. While cross-selling is a key priority, the role also involves driving broader demand generation and customer engagement efforts to support overall business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Demand Generation & ABM: Contribute to the creation and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs that engage target audiences, convert prospects, and build pipeline across multiple verticals.
  • Cross-Sell Focus: Support initiatives that identify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts, while also exploring new white space for potential growth.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate on digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics, to drive awareness and lead generation with the support of agency partners.
  • Content Strategist: Deliver on content strategies that align with campaign goals and support both organic and paid marketing efforts across our vertical sectors.
  • Customer Engagement & Advocacy: Contribute to customer marketing programs aimed at enhancing retention, loyalty, and advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and client events.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute industry events and webinars, including managing logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee engagement, while ensuring a seamless event experience that drives leads and builds brand awareness.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights, learnings and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Salesforce & Campaign Management: Help manage nurture campaigns and marketing initiatives using Salesforce and marketing automation tools, ensuring close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Budget Assistance: Support the management of vertical marketing budgets to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns within budget, focusing on maximising return on investment.
  • Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with global counterparts, including our UK-based product marketing teams, to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across regions.
